Filtering and Searching Transactions

Find exactly what you need using powerful filters and search tools.

Overview

The Payments page in the Dashboard allows you to quickly locate specific transactions using status filters, date ranges, currencies, and keywords. This is useful for reconciliation, customer support, and financial analysis.


Filter Options

You can apply multiple filters simultaneously. Available filters include:

StatusFilter by transaction state (e.g., Settled, Failed, Authorized)
CurrencyDisplay only transactions in EUR, USD, etc.
Search IDFind a transaction by its unique reference (e.g., pay_xxxxx, link_yyyyy)


Using the Search Bar

The search bar supports unique IDs for various transaction types. You can input the following references:

Tips for Advanced Filtering

  • Use status filters to find failed payments within a specific week.
  • Use the currency filter to prepare reporting for EUR-only customers.
  • Use copy-paste from exported IDs or notifications to jump directly to the transaction.
