Understanding Your Balance
Available via: Dashboard only
Overview
The Balance page in your Inflow Dashboard provides a complete view of your funds:
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| Available Balance | Funds available for withdrawal |
| Pending | Payments that are authorized but not yet settled |
| Deposits | Incoming payments and their status |
| Payouts | Outgoing withdrawals to your bank/wallet |
How Your Balance Works
Your Inflow balance is denominated in USD — think of it as a USD wallet. When a customer pays in EUR or USD, the funds are converted and credited to your USD balance.
When a customer completes a payment:
- The payment is authorized → appears as "pending."
- The payment settles → funds move to "available."
- You request a payout → funds are sent to your bank or wallet.
For platforms and marketplaces, balances can exist per seller instead of only on your own merchant account. Use Connect to onboard sub-merchants and see Fees and Payouts for how each payment is split between the seller, your platform fee, and Inflow fees.
