How Payouts Work

Available via: Dashboard only

Overview

When your customers pay you through Inflow, the funds are settled in your Inflow balance (in USDC). You can then withdraw those funds to:

  • Bank accounts — EUR, GBP, USD, and other supported currencies
  • Crypto wallets — USDC on Polygon, Ethereum, Base, Starknet, Solana

How to Request a Payout

  1. Go to the Balance page in your Inflow Dashboard.
  2. Click Withdraw or navigate to the Payouts tab.
  3. Select the destination account (bank or wallet).
  4. Enter the amount to withdraw (or withdraw the full available balance).
  5. Review the payout quote (exchange rate, fees, estimated arrival).
  6. Confirm the withdrawal.

Crypto Wallets

  • Paid in USDC on your chosen network (Ethereum, Polygon, Base, Solana, Starknet, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche — see Global Payout Coverage & Networks)
  • Typically instant once submitted

3rd Party Payouts

Inflow supports paying out to third-party recipients — such as vendors, contractors, or service providers.

How to Set Up

  1. Go to Settings > Accounts in your Dashboard.
  2. Click Add New Account.
  3. Add the third party's bank account or crypto wallet details.
  4. Label the account clearly (e.g., "Vendor - Acme Corp").

How to Pay a Third Party

  1. Go to Balance > Withdraw.
  2. Select the third-party account as the destination.
  3. Enter the amount and confirm.

The payout is processed the same way as payouts to your own accounts — same timing, same fees.

Payout Quotes

Before confirming a withdrawal, you see a payout quote that includes:

  • The amount in USDC
  • The converted amount in the destination currency
  • Any applicable fees
  • Estimated delivery time

Canceling a Payout

You can cancel a pending payout before it's submitted:

  1. Go to Balance > Payouts.
  2. Find the pending payout.
  3. Click Cancel.

Once a payout is submitted to the network (bank or blockchain), it cannot be canceled.

Important Notes

  • Payouts are initiated manually from the Dashboard — there are no API endpoints for withdrawals.
  • Your available balance must cover the payout amount.
  • Payout fees and exchange rates vary by destination.
  • Network fees for crypto payouts are handled by Inflow.
