Why You Need to Complete Your Profile
To comply with financial regulations and provide a secure payment environment, we ask all merchants to complete their business profile before accepting live payments.
Completing this step allows you to:
- Access the full Dashboard features
- Receive settlements
- Customize your payment experience
What Information Is Required
To complete your business profile, you’ll be asked to provide:
- Legal business name
- Registered company number (if applicable)
- Business address and contact details
- Website or short description of business activity
- Identification for directors or owners (KYC)
- This can include different types of documents depending on our compliance provider and your country of residence. We may request:
• National ID (required for non-U.S. residents)
• Passport
• Driver’s license
• Tax identification number (e.g., SSN, TIN)

How to Complete Your Profile
- Click the ⚙️ Settings icon on the top-right of your Dashboard
- Go to Business details
- Fill in the required company details
- Click Save to submit your profile
