Overview
The Payments section of your Dashboard displays every transaction initiated through your account. This includes real-time status updates, customer details, amounts, and more.
You can filter and inspect each transaction to better understand your business activity.
Payment Statuses
Each transaction in your Dashboard is assigned a status. Here’s what each status means:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Incomplete | The customer started the payment but did not complete it. |
| Authorized | The payment was approved but the funds are not yet available. |
| Settled | The funds have been successfully received in your Inflow account. |
| Failed | The payment attempt did not succeed. |
| Canceled | The payment was canceled by the user before it was completed. |
Using Filters
Use filters to refine the list of transactions. You can filter by:
- Status: Incomplete, Authorized, Settled, Failed, Canceled
- Currency: View EUR
- Date: Narrow your view to specific time frames
Filters help you isolate specific types of activity or locate specific transactions quickly.
