Quaderno is an invoicing and tax tool. When you connect your Quaderno account, Inflow creates an invoice in it for each completed payout, so your payout invoices sit with the rest of your accounting.

What Quaderno Is Used For

As merchant of record, Inflow sells to your buyers and pays you out. Each payout is invoiced from you to Inflow:

Connecting Quaderno doesn't change how tax is calculated at checkout. See Tax and Pricing Modes for buyer tax.

Connect

1. Open your Inflow Dashboard, and go to Settings → Integrations.
2. Click Connect on the Quaderno card.
3. Sign in to Quaderno in the window that opens, and authorize Inflow.

Connecting requires write access to merchant settings. See Roles and Permissions.

Payout Invoices in Quaderno

When a payout is completed, Inflow creates an invoice in your Quaderno account:

• Seller: your business. Customer: Inflow Pay.
• Item: Digital services purchase – INFLOW PAY Platform, with the month.
• VAT: at your country's rate if your account is VAT registered; otherwise none.
• Tags: mor, payout and inflowpay, to find them in Quaderno.

Payouts completed before you connected aren't invoiced in Quaderno.

While Quaderno is connected, View invoice isn't shown on payouts in Transactions → Payouts: use the invoice in Quaderno.

Manage the Connection

Click See details on the Quaderno card to see the connected account, and when Inflow's access to it expires (Token expires on). There's nothing to do about this date: Inflow renews its access automatically when a payout completes.

• ⋮ → Open in Quaderno opens your Quaderno account.
• ⋮ → Disconnect account stops creating invoices in Quaderno. Invoices already created stay in your Quaderno account, and View invoice shows again on payouts.

If a payout's invoice is missing in Quaderno, disconnect and connect again, then contact [email protected] with the payout ID.
