Archive & Unarchive Offers

What Is Archiving?

Archiving a subscription offer hides it from active use without deleting it. Archived offers:

• Cannot accept new subscribers — The subscription link stops working for new sign-ups.
• Do not affect existing subscribers — Active subscriptions continue billing normally.
• Can be restored — You can unarchive an offer at any time to make it available again.

This is useful when you want to retire an old plan or temporarily pause sign-ups without disrupting current subscribers.

How to Archive an Offer (Dashboard Only)

1. Go to Subscriptions in your Dashboard.
2. Find the offer you want to archive.
3. Click the offer to open its details.
4. Click Archive.

The offer is now hidden from the active offers list and its subscription link no longer accepts new subscriptions.

How to Unarchive an Offer

1. Go to Subscriptions and filter to show archived offers.
2. Find the archived offer.
3. Click Unarchive.

The offer is restored and its subscription link becomes active again.

Important Notes

• Archiving is dashboard-only — there is no API endpoint for this action.
• Existing active subscriptions are not affected by archiving the offer.
• Archived offers are still visible in the Dashboard when filtering for them, along with their subscriber data.
• You can archive and unarchive offers as many times as needed.
