Migration from Stripe

You can connect your Stripe account to Inflow and copy your customers directly from the Stripe Dashboard.

Before you start

1. Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.
2. Share your Stripe API keys with the Inflow support team so they can assist and link your accounts.
3. You will receive your Inflow account ID in the form acct_xxxx — you need it for the copy step below.

Copy customers from Stripe

1. In Stripe, open the Customers page.
2. Click Copy customers.
3. Choose Copy all customers (or the scope that matches your migration).
4. When prompted, enter your Inflow account ID (acct_xxxx — provided by Inflow support) and click Continue.
5. Review and Confirm the copy.

Once the copy is confirmed, your customers and subscriptions will appear in your Inflow Dashboard automatically.

If anything fails or you don’t see data after confirmation, contact [email protected] with your Stripe account and Inflow account details.
