Dashboard Overview

The Inflow Dashboard is where you manage your payments, balances, customers, subscriptions and settings. This page walks you through its layout so you know where to find everything.

Sidebar

The sidebar on the left gives you access to every area of the dashboard. Areas with a menu, such as Product catalog, open to show their pages. You only see the areas your role has access to; see Roles and Permissions.

At the bottom of the sidebar, an Account not verified card appears until your business verification is complete. Click Verify now to start or continue it.

Top Bar

The top bar runs across the top of every page. On the left is the metrics bar; on the right are Search, Notifications and Create.

Metrics bar

The metrics bar keeps your key figures in view while you work.

The metrics bar

It shows three figures:

MetricWhat it shows
USD Bal.Your available USD balance
EUR Bal.Your available EUR balance
CustomersYour total number of customers

Where it appears:

  • It appears on every page except Home, which already shows these figures in its cards.
  • On the Balances pages it shows Customers only, because your balances are already on the page.
  • It needs a wide screen. When the sidebar is collapsed into the menu button on smaller screens, the metrics bar is hidden.
  • Each figure only appears if your role can see it: balances need access to balances, and Customers needs access to customers. See Roles and Permissions.

Search

Find payments, customers, subscriptions and other records, jump to any page of the dashboard, or open a page of this documentation. Press ⌘K to open search from anywhere.

Notifications

Your inbox: payouts waiting for your approval, disputes, verification updates and announcements from Inflow. Unread notifications have a red dot. Use Unread to filter them and Mark all as read to clear them.

The Notifications drawer

Create

The + button creates a Product, a Subscription template, a Payment link or a Payout from anywhere in the dashboard.

Your Account Menu

Click your business name at the bottom of the sidebar to open your account menu. From there you can open the Help docs and Developer docs, choose the Theme (System, Light or Dark), go to My account, and Logout.

If you're a member of more than one business on Inflow, a switch icon appears next to the business name. Hover it to see your Organizations and click one to switch to it; the check mark shows the business you're working in. See Team for how teammates are invited to a business.
